If you desire to change how your voice mail is handled please submit a Help Desk Ticket from http://support.usd405.com indicating the following base information in the Category/Category options fields.

Notice the "Extension:" has a red * and is required so indicate what voicemail extension number you are referring to.

Please make the subject line brief but descriptive and add a note indicating what you are wanting done with your voicemail.

Note Example: "I would like my voicemail setup to go only to my e-mail."

The initial voice mailbox setup passcode is the extension number. You are required to change this to a new unique passcode. Once you enter the mailbox the first time you will be greeted by  a tutorial stepping you through the mailbox setup. Please take time to record your name and greetings to ensure the directory listing is accurate.

External Access:
Step 1: Call the main district number: 620-257-5196
Step 2: When the auto-attendant picks up pres the # sign.
Step 3: You are asked for your extension number, put that number in.
Step 4: You are asked for your extensions passcode, place that in the system.
You are now at the same menu you would be at if you were at  your desk phone in district.

Internal Access: <Calling from another desk phone>       

 Step 1. Dial ext. 700
 Step 2. Press #
 Step 3. Dial extension number
 Step 4. Dial Passcode and follow the prompts.

Note: Each  phone should have a MSG button that can be pushed to get into that phones mailbox.
