1. Open the GroupWise Client
2. on the menu bar click "Tools" > "Options"
3. The following screen appears.
4. Double Click "Environment". The following screen should appear.
5. Select the "Default Actions" tab.
6. The far right column and at the bottom is the section "Drag Message to Desktop:" - Select the "Create a PDF file (.pdf)" radio button.
7. Click "OK"
8. Click "Close"
Now any e-mail you wish to save can be dragged to the folder of your choosing and will auto-create a PDF with the subject of the e-mail its file name.
REMEMBER: Attachments must be saved separately and will not auto-Save.
