The latest version of GroupWise WebAccess requires a Secure connection. Currently this is done by what is called a Self Signed Certificate. Due to that type of certificate all web browsers will label it as suspicious or restricted.

The solution is to make a certificate exception for the site. The below information shows you how to make the exception for Firefox.

For Firefox you will see the following image. Click the Advanced button to expand the page to show the option to make the certificate exception

You should see the Confirm Exception button towards the bottom of the page.

Click the Confirm Security Exceptoin button to make the exception for this website.
