Clear Cache - Web Browser

If having an issue where clearing the cache or cookies is recommended please follow these steps.

Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge users are lucky in that they can personalize how the browser saves and uses their data. If you’re looking to empty your cache for security reasons or to clear space on your device, the steps are simple:

How to Empty Your Cache

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner to pull up a menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on “Settings.”
  3. Select “Privacy, search, and services.” It should be the second option below the search bar.
  4. Scroll down until you reach “Clear Browsing Data” and select “Choose what to clear.”
  5. A window will pop up that indicates the types of data saved by your browser. “Cached images and files” should be the fourth options.
  6. Choose the time range that best suits your needs. If you’d like to fully empty your cache, select “All time.” If you’d just like to delete information from hour, day, or week, those options are also available.
  7. Once you’ve made your decision, click the blue “Clear now” button.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar, click More More.
  3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
