The following are the installation notes for BASC-2 software using by RCSSC. (ver 1.3)

Installation will need to be done by an Administators account. Once installed if on a 64-bit OS the Environmental Variables will need to be changed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre\bin to point to a working 32-bit version of Java.

Full security/file rights must be provided to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Person\ Folder for any user that is using the software or no splash screen will be presented and the program will fail to launch.

Java version of 1.8 (all version up to Update 66) seem to be working with the software.
