The following information and attached document is intended to assist the end user with using the district provided Anti-Virus software.

Current Anti-Virus scans for all computers are  scheduled weekly, every Tuesday at 11:40. This should allow for both student and staff to leave the computer running during lunch to allow for a complete scan.

Manual scans of the computer can be done at any time. The attached document covers how to accomplish this process.

Anti-Virus signature definitions are updated daily and in some cases multiple time a day. The end user should ensure that not only do they have the Panda Endpoint Protection installed on the computer but that the signature files are reported up to date.
