GroupWise Junkmail Handling


The following file and information can be used to effectively manage the GroupWise client's junk mail filters.

The attached file can be used to manage your junk mail filters. The file shows you how to trust a desired e-mail so that it does not continue to go to your Junk Mail folder.

The steps can only be completed successfully when the GroupWise client is used. You can not use these steps when using the GroupWise webmail webpage nor any of the mobile device software.

Note:

Trust List - explicitly allows any e-mail reaching your inbox to bypass the Junk Mail filter.
Junk List - Explicitly adds that address or domain to the junk mail filter. These items go to your Junk Mail folder
Block List - Explicitly adds that address or domain to a block function. The e-mail will not show up in either the Inbox or Junk Mail folder. Acts like an Auto-Delete function
