Microsoft OneDrive is used by USD405 to help sync and backup local files to the cloud. When the Backup feature is enabled and used the clients Documents, Desktop, and Picture folders are synced to the cloud. As part of the backup function used by USD405, the OneDrive and SharePoint resources are backed up each night and saved for 14 days. In the event that staff and/or students do not use the feature and the device they are using becomes corrupt, lost, or damaged, no recovery will be done by the I.T. staff on the individual device.
